- **Event Description**: Each Thursday in July, we will be visited by a different local farmer, who will talk about their work. A light lunch will be provided, but feel free to bring your own bagged lunch to enjoy. 

This week, we will hear from Pete Higgins, Farm Manager at Stone Acres Farm! Pete will tell us about the farm, what the everyday life of a farmer looks like, and share information about the importance of locally-grown produce. 

This program, located in our 3rd floor Terrace Room,  is free and open to all, but registration is required. Register below, or by contacting the Reference Department at reference@westerlylibrary.org or (401) 596-2877 x306.
